Young Rhee

Deputy Director, Office of the President, U.S. Program

Young Rhee leads people and programmatic initiatives for US Program division, implements DEI efforts and outcomes, champions division-wide culture, and serves on the leadership team in the U.S. Program’s Office of the President.

Young has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, primarily focusing on education. She was a Broad Resident at Uncommon Schools where she supported 57 charter schools as chief of staff. Her past roles also include being a strategy and operations manager at Deloitte Consulting and managing afterschool programs in K-12.

She has a master’s degree in international affairs from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
