Jean Paullin informs strategy for the program and manages a portfolio of national policy-focused and social marketing investments across more than 20 countries Grantees include civil society organizations, academia, multilateral organizations, data and digital tools experts, and marketing firms, among others.
Jean joined the foundation in 2008 and has worked with several teams including family health and vaccines advocacy. She received her Master of Sciences in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and spent her undergraduate career at the George Washington University, University College Dublin, and Universite Stendhal in Grenoble, France.
