Erin O’Connell

Erin O’Connell leads a team that is responsible for internal communications and employee engagement at the foundation. Before joining the foundation’s Communications Division in 2009, Erin worked in internet advertising during the dot-com bubble and served in various operations roles in the private sector—including in startups, interactive marketing agencies, and multinational corporations in industries such as global health technology.

Erin earned a B.A. in business administration with a minor in marketing and management information systems from Washington State University.
