Becky is the deputy director in the U.S. Program Division Office of the President focused on cross-division strategy and operations. She also leads the foundation’s charter school work.

Prior to joining the U.S. Program, Becky was the interim deputy director of Strategy, Planning and Management (DDSPM) for the Vaccine Development and Surveillance team. During her nine years at the foundation, she’s also served as a senior strategy officer within the Foundation Strategy Office and a financial manager in the Global Development Division.  Her work has included supporting the K-12 team during a strategy refresh and working with the Global Libraries team on their wind-down strategy. Prior to joining the foundation, Becky worked at McKinsey & Company and as a policy analyst for the Alaska Legislature. She has a B.A. from Brown University in public policy and education and received her MBA and master’s degree in environmental policy from the University of Michigan.
